Shipping costs
Enjoy our free standard shipping after you spend $40! Please note that taxes for New York State residents are not included in shipping costs and will be added separately.
If you're in a hurry to receive your order, contact us for an upgrade to Expedited Shipping for an extra charge.
Shipping time and tracking
Our products are carefully printed just for you once you place your order and then undergo quality control, so we take a little longer to get them to you. Please be patient. Usually, orders should arrive within 7-14 business days. Some custom print mediums are produced in Europe and therefore your order may require additional delivery time.
All packages have track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate e-mail when your order is being processed.
Return Policy
Custom-ordered items and Sample sale products are not eligible for returns.
You can return other items in case of a change of heart within 10 days after delivery. You will also need to pay the return shipping fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll receive the refund automatically in your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
Damages and issues
If your order is faulty or arrived damaged, please let us know immediately, no later than 48 hours after receiving it. Based on the situation, we’ll gladly send a priority replacement or provide a refund. Unfortunately, any notifications sent beyond this timeframe won't be considered. If you do not want a new item shipped you can make another arrangement with us. Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send them together with other relevant information about the claim. Remember to also state your order number in the e-mail.
