Placement Help

Sometimes it helps to have a second eye when placing a piece on the wall. I am happy to think it through together so the work feels at home in your space.

These are some of the questions I hear most often. If you would like, I am happy to share my thoughts on any of them, free of charge and with no obligation to buy. This makes it simple and approachable to figure out what feels right in your space.

What we can think about together:

  • Scale/dimension in relation to the wall and room
  • Placement and spacing
  • Which medium might work best in your space

About framing

Framing is often more about balance than style. The goal is not to add something but to let the work sit comfortably. Thickness, depth, material, and distance from the wall all change how the work feels. If helpful, I can share thoughts on:

  • Minimal versus more present framing
  • Framing approaches that feel supportive rather than dominant
  • Proportions between frame and image

How it works:

You can send

  • A photo of the wall or room
  • Approximate dimensions
  • A short description of the space

That is usually enough to start a conversation. I will respond with thoughts and suggestions. There is no obligation and no expectation to move forward.
